Wednesday Noon Study Group
Join Pastor Sigrid in room 107 to explore the characteristics of God through various descriptions of God’s attributes in the Hebrew Bible (or Old Testament). We will delve into a word study to better understand the original text and its context. Each session includes watching a short video published by The Bible Project, followed by discussions on God’s qualities like compassion, mercy, loyalty, love, and faithfulness.

BIBLE & BOOK STUDIES AT WCUCC
Monday Bible Study
Join Pastor Susan on Monday nights in October for a Bible study on the first gospel. Using Amy-Jill Levine's book, The Gospel of Mark: A Beginner's Guide to the Good News, we'll examine the account of Jesus' life and ministry that influenced all other gospels.

Wednesday Evenings
Explore the fascinating history of the United Church of Christ, what we believe, and how we live out our faith. Get a glimpse of our unique denomination and discover that God is still speaking. Our faith is 2000 years old. Our thinking is not. Join Pastor Sigrid on October 1, 8, and 15, from 5:30-7:00 pm in the Middle School room.
Thursday Morning Discussion Group
Join us on Thursday morning from 9-10 at Java Central, 20 S. State St, for faith-based discussions led by Pastor Sigrid.
